What does a social media agency do?
A social media agency plans, creates, publishes and manages content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for a business. A good agency also defines the strategy behind it, handles community management, runs paid campaigns and reports on results.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. We work with startups, local businesses and growing SMEs as well as established companies. We recommend a scope that suits your stage and budget.
Do you provide customised packages?
Yes. After understanding your goals we recommend a plan and put it in a clear proposal with deliverables and pricing. You don’t have to choose from a fixed menu.
How do we get started?

Do you only work with businesses in Vadodara?
No. We are based in Alkapuri, Vadodara and many of our clients are local, but we work with businesses across Gujarat and India through calls, video meetings and WhatsApp.

Do you run Meta ads?

What is PPC advertising?
Pay-per-click advertising means you pay only when someone clicks your ad. On Google, ads appear for the searches you choose, reaching people who are already looking for what you offer.
Is ad spend included in your fee?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta or Google from your own account. Our management fee is separate, and you retain ownership of your accounts.
Branding
Do you provide branding services?
Yes. Brand strategy, positioning, brand voice, logo and visual identity design, brand guidelines and creative direction. More on branding.
Can you redesign an existing brand?

Results & reporting
How long does it take to see results?
Paid campaigns can produce enquiries within weeks after a two to four week learning period. Social media growth and brand recognition typically build over three to six months. We set realistic expectations up front.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee leads, sales or rankings, because results depend on your market, offer and follow-up too. We commit to disciplined work, transparent reporting and continuous improvement.
How do you report on performance?
You receive a monthly report, with weekly updates for active ad campaigns, covering what was done, what it produced and what we are changing next, in plain language.
